Medical Supervision: All services are provided under the medical supervision and license of Dr. Mirna Jadan, MD, a board-certified Florida-licensed physician. Mathew Jadan serves as a holistic practitioner working under this medical supervision.
Telemedicine Consultations: We provide virtual healthcare services via HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platforms. By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge:
- Telemedicine has limitations compared to in-person visits
- Technical issues may occur during virtual visits
- You are responsible for providing accurate health information
- Emergency situations require immediate in-person care (call 911)
3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship Until Consultation
IMPORTANT: Simply browsing this website or submitting a contact form does NOT create a doctor-patient relationship. A formal doctor-patient relationship is established only after:
- You complete an initial consultation
- We accept you as a patient
- You agree to our treatment terms
4. Florida Scope of Practice
Our practice operates within Florida medical regulations and scope of practice laws. Services include:
- Integrative medicine consultations

All prescriptions are issued by Dr. Mirna Jadan, MD under Florida medical license.
5. Geographic Limitations
Primary Service Area: Cooper City, Davie, & All Florida
Telemedicine: Available throughout Florida (primary) and may be available in other states where legally permitted. Some services may require in-person visits or local lab work.

Not Emergency Services: This website and telemedicine services are NOT for medical emergencies. For emergencies, call 911 immediately.

7. Patient Responsibilities

8. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment: Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
Insurance: We may be out-of-network for insurance. You are responsible for verifying coverage and obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company.
Refunds: Consultation fees are generally non-refundable. Medication/supplement refunds follow manufacturer policies.
9. Prescriptions & Medications
All prescriptions are issued at the medical discretion of Dr. Mirna Jadan, MD. We reserve the right to:
- Decline to prescribe medications if not medically appropriate
- Require lab work or additional testing before prescribing
- Discontinue prescriptions if misuse is suspected
You are responsible for filling prescriptions and following dosage instructions.
